  • Responsibilities / Job Description: • Building SaaS based product using PHP & other PHP Frame Work technologies • Building SaaS product in PHP from the scratch with MVC / CI framework & Mysql • Extending existing product which may have been developed previously. Developing front end & back end of product • Design new features for the products properties and front-end products

  • Eligibility Criteria: • 1 to 3 yrs of experience in PHP • Sound knowledge of Mysql is must

Assistant Manager
Channel Sales (01)

Annual CTC: 3.0L -4.2L + Incentive

  • Responsibilities / Job Description: • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Business Partners • Achieve/exceed established target revenues and gross margin and other key performance indicators. • Sales through Business Partner Network (BPN) to end users in coordination with sales resources • Proactively recruits new qualifying partners. • Responsible for training of Sales team of Partners along with Educating partners about product portfolio and services offered. • Manage sales and marketing activities for partners to generate leads and revenue. • Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities. • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, pricings, product demonstrations etc. • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner • Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.

  • Eligibility Criteria: • 2 to 5 years of experience in managing channel / Business partners especially in software/service, SaaS industry. • Motivated individual who can work without continuous supervision and be responsible for all aspects of business in his/her market Segment. • Effective communicator in conversations with Management Personnel.

Annual CTC: 4.0L -5.4L + Incentive

  • Responsibilities / Job Description: • Suggest, assist in identify, setting up sales strategy. Supervise daily work of team members. • Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. • Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. • Negotiate or assist in negotiation with key services providers in order to improve the pricing (cost structure). • Support, motivate staff member to achieve individual and team target.

  • Eligibility Criteria:3 to 5 yrs of experience in B2B sales, min 1 Year experience in team handling. • strong sales skills with proven track record & must possess leadership skills • Must be result oriented, and have problem solving skills.

  • Minimum Relevant Experience: 03 Years in Selling of Cloud CRM Software / Custom Software
